    All rights, obligations, proposals, offers, orders and agreements that fall under these Terms & Conditions, and under this condition, are applicable under Dutch Law and Jurisdiction.

    1. General

    These conditions apply to all sales and agreements between Souls Slippers and the consumer, whereby Souls Slippers will apply these conditions unless agreed otherwise in writing. If products are ordered from Souls Slippers, the purchaser automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

    2. Orders

    After making an order, the consumer will immediately receive an email confirmation containing the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order, including shipping costs. Custom clearance and/or import/export duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility and on account of the consumer. All orders will be sent to the shipping address within five (5) working days after receipt of payment by the consumer. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond Souls Slippers control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. Souls Slippers will keep the consumer duly informed of the status of the order. We strive to keep our website (www.souls-slippers.com) as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the customer as soon as possible. A product must be delivered to the consumer within 30 days of the order placement. If Souls Slippers fails to comply with this, the consumer may immediately break the order contract. This is not possible, however, if the parties involved have previously agreed to a different delivery term. Once a consumer’ order has been placed and the consumer has received an order confirmation email, the consumer may not make any changes to the order. If the consumer wishes to make changes to the placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering consumer contact or address details when placing the order, it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact info@souls-slippers.com immediately.

    3. Prices & Payment

    All pricing of Souls Slippers items are in Euro’s (€) and include value added tax. Shipping costs and custom duties are not included in the price. The shipping fees will be added to the order in the checkout step. More information concerning the shipping costs can be found on the “shipping & return” page. Consumers are able to make payments electronically to Souls Slippers in many different ways. You can pay for your order with Ideal, PayPal, Visa, Maestro & MasterCard. Payments to Souls Slippers are safely conducted through Mollie. They guarantee that your transaction will be made securely. As soon as your payment has been received, Souls Slippers will complete your order and deliver it to you within the stipulated delivery time. Please note that International orders may take longer to process and deliver.

    When ordering products, the consumer will be required to provide payment details, and the consumer represent and warrant that the payment details the customer provide on ordering are both valid and correct. The consumer confirms that the consumer is the person referred to in the billing information provided.  Shipment of the order will take place once Souls Slippers has received payment for the order. International shipments outside the European Union could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the delivery country. It is the consumer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that Souls Slippers does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. Souls Slippers will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

    4. Shipping

    The shipping time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. All orders will be processed and shipped to the shipping address within five (5) working days of receiving payment. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement, free of charge. Souls Slippers will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination. If the package is damaged when it arrives, please contact Souls Slippers within 24 hours through info@souls-slippers.com and we will contact the shipping company.

    5. Product Descriptions

    Souls Slippers makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on its website as accurately as possible. However, the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, makes it difficult to ensure you are seeing our products in a true light. Souls Slippers cannot be held liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. In addition, Souls Slippers does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable current or error free. If for any reason the consumer is unhappy with a product offered by Souls Slippers, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

    6. Transfer of Ownership

    Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until the associated obligations of purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the products, product liability is transferred to the purchaser.

    7. Money Back Guarantee

    If the consumer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the product, the consumer has the right to return the product to Souls Slippers within seven (7) working days after taking delivery of the product. The consumer must first inform Souls Slippers in writing via email of their intention, and must follow all further return conditions and instructions stipulated by Souls Slippers on the delivery & return page. Return products are only accepted when the product is unused and undamaged and if the Souls Slippers tags are still attached to the products. Furthermore, the shipping costs for returned products are on account of the consumer or free when returned at DownUnderBeach. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Souls Slippers will reimburse the consumer for the returned product(s) within thirty days after receiving it. Souls Slippers will not accept returns for SALE products. In the unlikely event that you receive a product which is faulty, please contact us within five (5) working days of delivery of the product explaining clearly the problem found. For faulty products Souls Slippers will make a full refund to the consumer including the return shipping within thirty days. Products are faulty if they are received in the wrong size or style – as a result of a mistake made by Souls Slippers –, damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are not considered to be faulty. If a consumer would like to exchange a faulty product instead of obtaining a refund, the consumer needs to be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size if availability.

    8. Queries/Complaints

    In the case of queries or complaints concerning any of our products or procedures, please inform us by email (info@souls-slippers.com). The customer will receive a reply within three working days.

    9. Privacy

    Souls Slippers finds it very important to ensure that all of our customer's personal information is treated with the utmost care and security. Souls Slippers will not give the consumer’s personal information to third parties, except when the information is required for the delivery of the order. When making an order, Souls Slippers requires the consumer’s name, invoice and delivery addresses, and payment details so that an order can be processed. The payment details will only be used to conclude the payment process. Records of website visits are kept for statistical purposes. Information concerning the amount of visitors and visitor frequency to our website will be used for internal research and website improvement. However, this general information is anonymous and cannot be traced back to the individual visitor.

    10. Liability

    Our products are produced with the greatest care. Souls slippers cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial, that can be caused by malfunctioning or ill use of the products sold by Souls Slippers. Furthermore, Souls Slippers cannot preclude the possibility of any error or incompletes in information on this website. Please note that Souls Slippers cannot be held responsible or liable for the consequences of these incomplete or incorrect information on the website. All products of Souls Slippers are described as accurately as possible. However, consumers should read the item’s descriptions attentively and if there is any doubt, contact Souls Slippers at info@souls-slippers.com. Souls Slippers cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the product image and the actual product (more information regarding product description can be found under 6.
